2019 Elephant Rock Ride
Each year, The CE Shop Foundation embarks on an annual bike ride to fundraise for our cause of eliminating childhood hunger. Most recently, the team participated in the Elephant Rock Cycling Festival to support Food For Thought, helping raise $57,161 and counting! That’s 114 percent of our goal, so thank you to all who helped. To put this into perspective, this is enough money to feed 14,290 children over the 2019-2020 school year. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped!
While we’re proud and happy with our endeavors, childhood hunger is not an issue that will simply go away. To continue with our battle to eliminate this epidemic, we still ask, if you haven’t yet, to donate to our cause. Every $4 feeds a family 4 for an entire weekend, so even the smallest donation can go a long way. Please be on the lookout for future blog posts with a “Save A Date” for next year’s ride as well as other initiatives we will be taking on to support our cause.
Let’s stop childhood hunger together and create a future we can all be proud of!
The CE Shop Foundation was founded in 2014, and we've held a biking fundraising event every year since. Check back soon to learn more about our past rides!
There are plenty of opportunities to help us on our mission to eliminate childhood hunger, and we always love meeting new friends. We appreciate every dollar. $4 feeds a family of four for a weekend.
